GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC) — LA VITA ET BELLA FOR WOMEN

1. Purpose and access to the establishment

The La Vita et Bella for Women guesthouse offers tourist accommodation exclusively for women (pilgrims, hikers, and travelers). For organizational reasons and to ensure everyone's rest, management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not meeting these criteria.

2. Arrival times (Check-in)

* Check-in times: Arrivals are between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM at the latest. No arrivals will be accepted after 8:30 PM.

* Arrival confirmation: The guest must inform the gîte of their estimated arrival time. If no contact has been received by 7:00 PM, the gîte reserves the right to reassign the overnight stay/bed to another person.

3. Cancellation and refund conditions

* Cancellation more than 7 days before the arrival date: Cancellation possible according to the terms and conditions set out at the time of booking: refund or postponement according to your choice.

* Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: No refund will be given, regardless of the reason given (delay or cancellation of transport, health problem, bad weather, fatigue or any other unforeseen event).

* No-show or late arrival after 8:30 pm: The reservation will be considered cancelled by the client. The full amount of the service remains due to the guesthouse and no refund will be given.

4. Interruption of stay

In the event of early departure during the stay, the full price of the reserved service remains payable to the gîte.

5. Respect for the premises and community life

Customers agree to respect the peace and quiet of the premises and the sleep of other occupants, in particular by respecting silence from 10 PM.
